The ATC (Advanced Technology Company) website is published by ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY COMPANY. Your contact for personal-data requests is Ms Nacira DURAND.
In your browser
The selection and comparator keep only references and packaging choices in your browser session, until the tab is closed or they are cleared. Contact details entered in the form are not stored in this selection.
Your FR/EN choice may be remembered locally to display your selected language. Contact and brief fields prepare an enquiry in the open page: this website’s code does not save them in an enquiry database.
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to prepare the requested email draft or summary. Other fields are optional. Do not enter proprietary formulas, sensitive data or confidential information requiring a more secure channel.
Email and WhatsApp: you choose the channel
Direct sending. When direct sending is offered, contact details, enquiry context and selected references are sent to the website server, validated, then emailed to ATC. Enquiries are not stored in a website database. Anti-abuse tokens, deduplication fingerprints and counters are temporary, held in memory with expiry limited to ten minutes. This code does not retain plaintext IP addresses. Hosting logs and received emails follow their own retention rules.
E-mail. The button opens your email application or service with a draft. You choose whether to send it. Your provider processes the message under its own terms; ATC processes received information to respond to your professional enquiry.
The atc-nh.fr domain’s email servers are configured with Hostinger. This observation concerns domain routing; any forwarding, mailbox configuration, backups and processing safeguards must be confirmed by ATC.
WhatsApp. Opening the link shares the pre-filled text with WhatsApp/Meta before you confirm sending. The site limits that text to the general enquiry context; contact details and the detailed brief are not added automatically. You may prefer telephone or email.
Messaging services may involve processing or transfers outside the EEA. This page does not replace their own terms.
Digital card and sharing
The vCard contains ATC’s published professional contact details. Sharing uses your device’s application or clipboard at your initiative; you choose recipients. No download or sharing tracking is added by the application code.
Received enquiries
Shared data may include your name, business contact details, company, market, product or project context. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and the professional follow-up you request.
ATC must confirm the legal basis for each purpose, authorised recipients, actual providers, safeguards for any transfers, and correspondence retention periods or criteria. The site does not claim received messages are automatically deleted.
Transactional confirmation email
After ATC’s mail service accepts your enquiry, the server may send a fixed confirmation to the address you entered. This email contains the enquiry reference and ATC contact details without repeating your name, message, selected products or other free-text information. It does not sign you up to a marketing list.
To prevent repeated messages, hashed-address counters are kept in memory for ten minutes: up to three confirmations per address and thirty globally during that period, per server process. These counters do not contain plaintext email addresses. A blocked or failed confirmation does not cause an already transmitted enquiry to be resent.
Hosting and audience measurement
Requests needed to display the site and media are processed by the host and its delivery services. A hosting-provided audience service was observed on the published version (manus-analytics.com). The code enables Umami’s documented opt-out by default, remembered locally, and restricts application connections to the same origin. The hosting script may still be downloaded. Its configuration, role, retention and processing locations require confirmation: no CNIL exemption, anonymisation or absence of tracking is assumed.
Your rights and contact
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise portability where applicable. For a request or question, write to ndurand@atc-nh.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Finalisation status
The application journeys are transparently described here. The legal and operational information identified above must be completed and validated by the publisher; this page is not a certification of overall compliance.
